INTERDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS (ILS)/PEER SUPPORT

This program provides people with disabilities an opportunity to attain their goal to live independently. The coordinator assesses the consumer’s independent living skills level and provides appropriate ILS training or individual/group support.
Disabled Resources Center currently is offering four cross-disability support groups. They are:
Tuesday 1:00-2:30 p.m. – Peer Advisor Training (8 week Certificate class)
Wednesday 1:00-2:30 p.m. –Women only Support Group
Thursday 1:00-2:30 p.m. – Co-ed Peer Support Group
