L.A. Care Health Plan

This program is a free 8-week health education class to help you stay active and do more than you ever thought possible.
In this class you will learn to:

• Overcome many of the barriers that people with disabilities face
• Do much more than you think you can
• Focus on the possible - and go for it
• Live independently - regardless of your disability
