Independent Living Skills (ILS) / Peer Support Counseling
This program provides people with disabilities an opportunity to attain their goal to live independently. The coordinator assesses the consumer’s independent living skills level and provides appropriate ILS training or individual/group support.
Disabled Resources Center is currently offering three cross-disability support groups. They are:
Tuesday 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm - Peer Counseling / Stepping Stones to Employment training (8 Week Certificate Class)
Wednesday 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm - Women’s Peer Support Group
Thursday 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm - Co-ed Peer Support Group
